Kshama Karnad 85th batch 22-12-2007 to 04-01-2008 RYC Dubai says ...

My energy levels have increased and I feel more energetic throughout the days.  The course was extremely knowledgeable - gave us great insights into attitudinal changes to be brought about at the domestic front and in our interactions outside. The art of relieving stress was an excellent tool that was taught. The course is very well designed. Though there is a lot to learn, Guruji has given us so much in a capsule form.

He has done exactly that - filled all of our little containers with an ocean of knowledge.

I pray that many more people benefit from this program.  Thank you Guruji.
