My whole family had joined this program and gained a lot through Guruji's Rhythm of Life Program. My wife was suffering  from mental depression for the last 1 year and taking strong medicines to cure but it persisted . After 10 days program my wife is more energetic, mentally and physically stronger and slowly has stopped the medicines. My outlook to world, my stress, and my anger everything was high before joining. After this program I feel better and better. Guruji taught not only simple exercises to keep body fit and also purifies the mind, our vision and knowledge. I can face any situation with patience and solve any problem with confidence. Pranayama and Meditation has helped a lot to focus to increase our concentration and memory power. Every person in the world has the ability to grasp the knowledge  but all are not masters to transfer the ideas and knowledge to other people (teaching). But our Guruji, the way of teaching Pranayama, meditation, Rhythm of Life and many others are easy to understand in a simple way and helps to  lead the life very healthy in all ways. Thanks to Guruji.
