 This was the most life changing program I have participated in because it was all encompassing- breathing, eating, drinking,  exercising, sharing, knowledge, experience, relaxation, meditation, stretches and above all- positive thinking. I think everyone should take this program because we all suffer from something, and this helps to put it all together for one single purpose to improve the quality of your life, which in turn will improve things for everyone you interact with, especially your colleagues at work and your loved ones at home.

                I definitely feel less stress after breathing & meditation. This is the first time in my life I have learned how to meditate, and I have been doing it everyday since then.                I feel much healthier because I am watching more closely what goes into my body & mind, the food I eat , the news I used to read every morning, etc...                I have gained a lot of knowledge about how to take more responsibility for my actions or lack of actions.                       Thank you very much. It was a pleasure to take this course.  And I want to thank Cynthia for bringing his program to MARS GCC

  1. How is Yoga a universal science of life and how can it help mankind as a whole

    Yoga is the Life's management principles for every individual who has a physical body  ,who breathe ,who has a mind to perceive and who has his intellectual mind broadened  with all the knowledge and experiences in life.This integration makes him understand the divine nature of every individual and helps him to be in peace and harmony within oneself which in turn can give peace and harmony to the world around him. Only when a person is happy and peaceful within, that he can give all the happiness to his near and dear ones and to the world around him. this knowledge in all aspects of the personality is what yoga deals and helps oneself to achieve the highest of his personality manifested for the wellness for himself and all around him. The quote of Rhythm of Life is what is the watchword each of us need to have in life.

     "Know thy self ,love thy self ,Know and love all as thy own self -this is the essence to world  health,peace and happiness." When A person understands that each and every person is a part of him ,none will go to hurt anyone in the world as the true nature of every human is love ,responsibility and fearlessness,etcD ,only the ignorant can do harm to others as they cannot link themselves to any other as their own .this limited identity is what makes man to kill man . If the medical science is universal for every humn being in all respects of treatment related to the whole world. Yoga is the detailed science of not only the body ,but breath ,mind ,intelligence and his divine nature the fullness of all the knowledge of every personality in the world of humans.This Knowledge is Universal,Knowledge is the power ,knowledge is love,Knowledge is Godliness ,that  Universal knowledge of life of every nhuman being irrespective of caste ,creed,religion ,nationality  is YOGA

  2. I have diabetes. In what way can yoga help?

    Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease in which the primary problem is the defective utilizationof sugar by the body.Yogic science recognizes,two interrelated causes of diabetes..Firstly long term devitalization and sluggishness  of the digestive processes due to dietary abuse.overeating,obesity and lack of exercise.

    There are two types of diabetes. While medical  science  claims diabetes as incurable ,many studies have proven that it responds well to yogic management. By rejuvenating the pancreas by certain asanas ,pranayama  shatkarmas and bandhas.. These increase the diminished flow of blood to exhausted and atrophied glandular segments of the pancreas.The second type due to stress can be managed by the person himself by making  him aware of how to  tackle the day to days life with much more calmness and relaxed state of mind. In many of the programs conducted through the Rhythm of life itself we have noticed fantastic improvement by the application of the scientific  techniques of Yoga

  3. I have acidity problem, will yoga help in curing this?

    Yes,  yoga can cure in eliminating the disease .any type of digestive  disorders like hypoacidity ,regurgitation ,hyperacidity  can be elimanted by yoga with least doubt. The principles and the essence  of yogic  management  need to be adhered to for the relief.

  5. Does yoga help cure a particular disease?

    Yes . Yoga helps to cure any types of diseases. The yogic science is very clear on the subject.Any uneasiness in the mind manifest in the body as dis-and ease culminating to all the diseases  we see. Any ailment or a concern for health and concern manifesting is a friend  conveying that something is not right in our day to day life ,may be the food habits, way of life ,thought pattern etc. It is high time to introspect ,understand the underlying cause and eliminating by the individual himself from the source. . Yoga  shows the way.
