The minimun eligibility to attend this program .
The participant should have undergone the
RHYTHM Of LIFE CLASSES 10DAYS WITH A PRACTICE PERIOD FOR A MONTH /OTHER SESSIONS UNDERGONE AT THE CENTRE FOR A PERIOD OF MINIMUM THREE MONTHS.
TTC offers training on the basic principles of yoga and its effect on management in daily life.Apart from this the participant will be undergoing training on Yoga Asanas the physical stretches in detail for imparting the knowledge .
TTC manuels will be provided .The participant will be issued a certificate from the centre on completion of the program.This will enable them to impart the knowledge to the students at the centre/s coming under institution .
